Affinity Publisher Decorations

Hi,

Not sure if it's a bug, but when we add a fill transparency, it's not possible to see any rules within the same Decoration. 

Transparency fill applied (Picture 1)

Show the fill with a transparency fill apply, all is OK for now (Picture 2)

Now add the rule above (Picture 3)

Result no transparency nor rule appeared.
