Option in Find

Recommended Posts

Publisher already provides two ways to handle this;

  1. Document > Font Manager... will show you all the fonts in use in your document, and their status.
  2. Find (available via Text > Find... or View > Studio > Find and Replace) lets you find things based on their format, including their font. To do that you click on the gear/cog icon in the Find part of the Find and Replace panel and then choose options. Once there you select the Font section, and change the right-hand pulldown from All to Missing. At that point, if you have any missing fonts, you can select one in the Font Family pulldown, then click OK. That will set up the FInd operation to look for that font. Then you just click Find.

Here are some screenshots to demonstrate what the Find dialogs look like (but as I didn't have any missing fonts I couldn't actually show that).
