Sharing our Affinity work space

Recommended Posts

This is mine atm. Seems easier having the tool panel on the RHS but took a week or so to get used to.
The other panel is not normally that wide -- just easier for you to see what's in there
What do you have open on your work space? --- tools?
What don't I have that you use a lot?
What 'should' I have?
I really like the "Selection" panel in the toolbar
That's mine; care to share yours?

A big improvement to the Affinity interfaces is to set the icons to monochrome so there isn't a splattering of garish colours next to your artwork.

You already have that ability:

A clue was my use of "is" rather than "would be" :)

Yes, you are right. I read at first time but read it wrong :7_sweat_smile:

As for myself I need some colour at icons, helps me find them faster.

thanks for the suggestion and the screen shot @RM10 . There are so many tips and tricks hidden in the background it's impossible to know them all .
I will try it; however I feel b/w icons could be more confusing than colour -- especially for dyslexic eyes . Not sure if the icon colour is strong enough to affect how the on screen colours are seen. Let's face it; how many actually have their screen in the perfect environment all the time --- laptop, phone, and pad uses certainly don't . My ext monitor certainly is not; however it's close enough for my happy (something to do) snaps

Anyone else have the tools on the right hand side? Ever tried it?
