gordo
When I place an image on a page it appears huge. If I select resize it to a smaller size it disappears although it is still shown in the layers palette. Attached is a video that shows what I mean - the image I'm placing is 20" wide at 300 dpi. iaing
Hi Gordo, if you look in the Transform palette, it's jumped to X: -40", that's because it's resizing from the image's top-left corner. If on the Tranform tab, you click the centre dot, so it resizes around the image centre, you should still see your image in view afterwards. Or just click and drag to size your image as you place it, rather than click once placing it at full size. gordo
Got it. Thanks, hadn't realized that I could drag to size when placing. Perhaps I'm the bug because of learning habits using InDesign for too many years. LOL Good stuff. iaing
