Global search and replace

Just downloaded the beta today. I tried the global search and replace feature.

I typed "This is a test" on three separate pages.

I wanted to replace "test" with "for real"

The search found 3 incidents of "test".

It replaced it with "for realrealreal.

I can see this happening too so I'll get it reported
