Perfarator Posted September 23, 2018 Share Posted September 23, 2018 Opening alignment drop-menu and applying it is more time consuming, than the using "Align" toolbar widget, but widget is forced to align by the selection box. The Align toolbar widget defaults to aligning by the selection box, but gives you other options. I think you're asking to be able to change that default.
