I tried many times but I keep getting the same report. Please how do I solve this problem? I have attached a screen shot of the report. Can you please download the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturer's website, uninstall the current drivers, reboot, install the latest ones, reboot and try to run Affinity again? Wayne F Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 I am also getting this error when attempting to launch Designer or Photo. My Designer version is 1.6.1.93. Running Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit. I have used Designer before on this setup without problems. I uninstalled then reinstalled Designer, but that did not clear the error. Any ideas?
