Hi @AOdunowo,

Welcome to the forums. 

What OS version have you got? What version of Affinity Photo has you got installed? Can you please download the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturer's website, uninstall the current drivers, reboot, install the latest ones, reboot and try to run Affinity again?

I am also getting this error when attempting to launch Designer or Photo.  My Designer version is 1.6.1.93.  Running Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit.  I have used Designer before on this setup without problems.  I uninstalled then reinstalled Designer, but that did not clear the error.  Any ideas?
