The OP is saying that he sees a difference in Affinity Designer and expects to see, but doesn’t see, the same difference in Affinity Publisher. I don’t know what difference he expects with that example: a bitmap version of an unrotated rectangle won’t have any antialiasing, and an image is already made up of pixels rather than vectors.

Therefore, I would expect that both images will not be the same (though they are not the same, but they show the same situation from the same application).

What I mean is that I don´t see any difference between vector and pixel in Split view. If you look at the 2 images, one is set with handles  to Vectors view on the left and pixels on the right and viceversa. Its supposed I should see half the violet rectangle outline and the rest filled with color. Am I wrong? I see this difference in Designer. Or is it I am doing something wrong?

Affinity Designer offers four view modes: Vector, Pixel, Pixel (Retina), and Outline. Affinity Publisher currently seems to offer only Vector and Pixel modes.

Right. And without the Outline view mode I think you'll only notice a difference in Split View with some kinds of vector drawings and high zoom levels (even in Designer).

But to show that it works in Publisher, here's a screenshot of a simple ellipse, at extreme zoom, in Split View mode (vector on left, pixel on right):
