Zoom <= 100% don't display correctly on external monitor

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm new to Affinity but already fan of it. Nevertheless I find a bug that get me things harder. The bug is Affinity cannot correctly display an image when using my external monitor and a zoom factor less or equal to 100%.

When zoom is greater than 100% the image fit the window, but when it is less than 100% the image is reduced in the up left corner of the window,

I join 2 capture, one is with zoom to 100%, the other is after stroking "CMD +"

Regards,

Marc

Hi Marc,

Could you go into Preferences > Performance and switch Retina Rendering from Automatic (Best) to Low Quality (Fastest) and see if that it sorts it out? It does sound like an issue we're already aware off!

Thanks!

Hi Sean,

Thank you for the tips. I had installed OSX Mojave before I read your answer and just as I check your instruction I realized that issue is gone! Very likely a better fit between Affinity and  Mojave than with High Sierra ;-)

Thank's again,

Marc
