Bobby Sparks
The spell checker is very lacking. It lacks a selection of choices for the replacement word. It lacks the ability to add words to the dictionary. I use the program for Bible publishing, and when I place Bible text into the document, the page turns red. I have no option to save the correctly spelled, but unusual words into the dictionary.
MikeW
What "language" are you using? Something akin to say the KJV? If so, there is a Hunspell dictionary for it. If one of the more modern version, other languages (Biblical Greek?) or ? There may be one already. Mike
Bobby Sparks
I am using the KJV. However, there are still times when I would like to add a word to the dictionary. I will look for the Hunspell dictionary.

When the word is highlighted (red underline), if there are suggestions then right-clicking the word will reveal the suggestions and also options to Ignore or to Learn. Learn is what you want to add the word to the dictionary. However, if there are no suggestions you have to use Text > Spelling > Show Spelling Options to get the Ignore and Learn options.
