appaulmac
Attached image shows the scenario. I've pasted a group into the page but it's too large. I'd like to size it from the bottom-right corner but it's off screen. The request here really is whether it's possible to move the position of the pages within the main window. Right now they automatically center and I've zoomed out to find that bottom right handle but if we could effectively scroll the viewing area I could move the pages to the top/left and access the group's handle without having to zoom out further. walt.farrell
You can scroll the window by dragging the Hand tool, or by clicking in the Navigator panel and dragging there. Doesn't appear to work if the page is smaller than the window.
walt.farrell
Interesting. It does for me. (Though I'm away from my PC at the moment so I can't recheck that right now.,) In any case, for your original question you'd be zoomed in, and it would be bigger than the window, wouldn't it? Nope, my original request was to be able to move the pages around in the window even though they're much smaller -- just like you see in the screenshot. If I could move the pages over to the left I'd expose the handle on the right that's currently hidden. The pages in the document automatically center and the view can't be shifted. Attached to make it clearer, a picture says so much more!
appaulmac
The latest Beta 1.7.0.140 now supports this behavior, matching both Designer and Photo. Great job Affinity!
