Martigny
The Section Manager and Font Manager panels no longer appear and I can't add sections to text. They did work yesterday. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail. Any ideas? iMac: iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) - 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 - 8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 - Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB Windows: Nvidia GTX 960m 4k UHD 2gb ram video (Windows 10 Pro) - Laptop screen (resolution 3840x2160 magnified 300%) 2nd Monitor: Phillips 226E9Q HD 1920 x 1080 (125%)

Staff Pauls Posted September 5, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 5, 2018 That is odd - do you have an unusual 2nd screen? If it happens again can you take a copy of the '%appdata%Affinity\Publisher\1.0 (Beta)\Settings' folder if we have that we might be able to see what is happening. Also running the app with control key pressed down will allow you to reset the workspace.
Martigny
Hi Pauls Sure, if it happens again I'll do that. My screen details are in my signature below. I did try running the app with the control key down and it made no difference. iMac: iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) - 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 - 8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 - Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB Windows: Nvidia GTX 960m 4k UHD 2gb ram video (Windows 10 Pro) - Laptop screen (resolution 3840x2160 magnified 300%) 2nd Monitor: Phillips 226E9Q HD 1920 x 1080 (125%)
