Snapping to Guidelines doesn´t work

For example i create one horizontal and one vertical Guideline and then i want to move the rotation centre point where the lines are crossing, it don´t snaps to the lines.  In Photo and Designer this works and if it snaps, the lines changes their color. The horizontal line turns red, the vertical line green. Perhaps a faeture which is not build in this time or a bug?

P.s.
It´s not only where the lines are crossing, snapping doesn´t work, no matter where on the Guideline.
