Luc depuydt
Would Affinity Photo work with the Pen and Touchscreen of the HP ZBook x2 G4 portable workstation?
Staff Dan C Posted September 16, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 16, 2018 Hi Luc depuydt, Welcome to the forums We haven't tested this exact model, but I see no reason why the touchscreen won't work with Affinity, as each touch will just emulate a mouse click. We can't confirm compatibility with 3rd party pens, as we don't officially support anything other than the Apple Pencil and the Surface Pen, however many users on our forums are using them without issue! Marcel_nl
I just have a HP Zbook X2 and the HP wacom pen is NOT working correctly in Affinity Designer---> a line appears three centimeters higher then where I draw it. The pen works elsewhere on the Zbook X2 perfectly. Somebody knows how to solve this? With kind regrads, Marccel Edited August 22, 2020 by Marcel_nl made a mistake
Staff Dan C Posted August 24, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 24, 2020 Hi @Marcel_nl, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Please try running Affinity Designer if the below shown 'flag' to enable the legacy input method & let me know if this helps - Many thanks in advance Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.
