Guides magnet

The guides seem to be not working appropriately at some times. They don't clip even though magnets are on.

Guides are snapping fine for me here. Even though snapping is enabled have you checked that the snap to guides option is enabled or if you are trying to snap the guides themselves that the other options are enabled?

Chris_K forgot to say the options are available by clicking on the little triangle next to the magnet icon on the tool bar.
