The latest version of Affinity Photo for iPad is 1.6.8 (build 77). There is currently no beta version available via TestFlight.

What ‘Move’ buttons were you expecting to see?

Sorry for the confusion. We are in the process of rolling out a 1.6.9 update for Affinity Photo for iPad and the tutorials are just a little bit ahead of the software. 

We have pressed release on the iPad store but I think they are all a little busy selling new phones to roll out our update

The undo and redo buttons are available as an option in preferences, but you may prefer to use the new gestures instead

The 1.6.9 update (version 1.6.9.81) is available in the U.S. store. I just installed it & was greeted by the quite impressive "Another World" splash screen when I launched it.

I’ve got it now. I very much liked the previous splash screen, but I like this one too.

What I like most about the new splash screen is it immediately let me know the update was installed successfully, giving me access to the even more impressive list of new & changed features.

I didn’t notice that, but I’d seen the changelog in the App Store anyway.

Sneaky, no beta, hope it works, look under preferences I expect to turn the undo, redo icons on.

Yes me too but Patrick won’t be happy that the colour picker tool in the colour studio using the Apple Pencil tool still does not work on 9.7” after a few minutes of use, annoyingly it works every time they release a new version then stops working soon after. Probably works just long enough for a quality spot check and that’s all.

I had not noticed that, but for me it does not stop working completely. Instead, after a while it takes two tries to get it to work. It is the same whether I use the Pencil or my finger.

I like this update.  Now I have all the correct exif data.  Still waiting for the compressed raw on Fujifilm X-E3.

Is it by design that you can only select starting point for healing brush, clone brush etc with a finger press, and not just a long pencil press?
