I'm seeing gaps between touching shapes in AD

Recommended Posts

This is probably the most commonly reported bug in Affinity Designer, and had been discussed many times before.

Essentially it is an artifact of the current anti aliasing system. Serif are aware of the issue, and hope to fix it at some point, but there is no indication of when, certainly not in 1.7

For more details I strongly recommend the search box, top right of the forum.

Hello fernand0n,

If the gap is still present after an "ADD" operation, it is certainly because the two shapes were not perfectly joined. Did you use snapping between the shapes to make sure they were well joined?
