Zbigg
hello, A question about image inserting and manipulating: - inserted image appears 'as-is', it cant be cropped/trimmed/whatever within an image frame /see: Indd/, is it going to be eventually so or its just beta stage for this feature ? Btw: Cant Create STYLE based on marked Object /text block, image etc/: its also beta stage for it? cheers, AF Photo+Designer+Publisher and their betas on Win10 x64/Gtx760+AmdFX+24GB RAM
Staff MEB Posted October 8, 2018 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2018 Hi Zbigg, Sorry the delayed reply. Regarding your questions: 1. select the picture frame, go to the context toolbar, click the Properties button then set it to None. You can then manipulate the frame and the image inside it independently from each other (depending on which one is selected - see the layers panel). The image should not scale with the frame anymore. 2. yes, for text styles select the characters or paragraph you want to create a style from and then click the corresponding button on the bottom left of the Text Styles panel (menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Text Styles - this panel is visible by default).
