CIRCLE AFTER DELETION AND CTRL Z

Recommended Posts

If I want to remove spaces from a text frame, I can place a text cursor and use the delete key or the backspace key a few times after which it deletes the whole page of text together with its frame. If I then use the CTRL Z to restore it, the cusor becomes an empty circle, at the same time, or maybe earlier a new version of my text seems to appear in the layers palette.

THere must be an explanation for this behaviour because it beats me to know what's happening.
