Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Hi, I installed Publisher on my notebook (Samsung Series 7 Ultra 730U3E, intel Core i5 3337U, 1,8GHz, 10 GB RAM, Win 10 home 64 bit, version 1803, build 17134.228). First, there were no issues at all, I was happily testing the program. After the reboot, my computer was nearly unusable (70-100% of CPU in idle). Even when publisher was not on. Reboot did not help. I tried to wait for like half an hour, but there was no improvement. After uninstall of Publisher, everything was OK again (5-10% of CPU in idle).
