Title Exceptions option in the Preferences panel seems to be very broken.

You can add words to its, but instead of one it may add 1 or 2 at the same time. When deleting a word instead of deleting it, it ads a few more again.

I found the same and ended up with a heavily cluttered list.  But, Quit Publisher and go back in and I found that all the duplicates had gone, leaving a nice clean list.  Carefully deleting (entries begin breeding again) allows you to restore a clean/empty list after one more quit/relaunch.

If that tidying-exercise doesn't work for you, quitting the app first and then deleting the following file would presumably resolve the problem for now.  Though I guess later releases may deal with it anyway?

~/Library/Application Support/Affinity Publisher Beta/user/title_exceptions.propcol

This does not seem to be a file we can edit directly, so nothing to be gained there.

Thanks GaryLearnTech,

I realised that too as soon as I relaunched the app. Hopefully this will be fixed next time round.:)
