Lindblad
Select a single or multiple cell(s) within a table, open the "Table" dialogue box, View > Studio > Table, and under the "Cell" submenu the Width input box will only make the cell smaller no matter if you click on the up/increase or down/decrease arrows. Seneca
Strange, it works for me. Try to restart the program and see if the problem you have persists. By the way I'm on machos. 2017 27” iMac 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 • Radeon Pr 580 8GB • 64GB • Ventura 13.6.4. iPad Pro (10.5-inch) • 256GB • Version 16.
MickRose
There is another thread about this, where the width only increases. It seems to be an intermittent problem which is not always repeatable. Windows 10 Pro, I5 3.3G PC 16G RAM
Lindblad
A restart seemed to have corrected this but then I manually changed the cells width by dragging the separator (between the A | B | at the top of the table) and tried to resize again with the dialogue box and the issue was back.
