Find and Replace to replace a style doesn't work (inconsistently)

First, I'm not sure if this is a bug, or something that's not fully implemented in the 1.7.0.57 beta of Publisher, but I thought I'd mention it in case the Developers don't know of it yet.

1. Open the Find and Replace panel
2. Click on the Find Options cog, then choose Options, then Font, then use the Font Family box to choose a font. Say, Arial. Then OK.
   Note: First bug (but not the one that started this post): with the Light UI, the resulting text below the find box is white against gray, and unreadable:
3. Now repeat 2, but for the Replace options. This time, for example, choose Courier New. You end up with this (using the Dark UI for legibility):
4. Now, perhaps naively thinking that I can actually find text based on a font, and change the font, I click on the Find action. And, wonderfully, it works, and shows me a list of all the text using Arial in my document:

5. Emboldened by that success, I click Replace. Or perhaps Replace all, expecting that since Find worked, Replace wil do what I want and change the font of the found text. The result is that the text is deleted.

Drat. Yesterday, the result was that the text was deleted, and I thought "hmm, I should file a bug report". Today, recreating for this report, it worked, and I got .

I'm not sure why it didn't work before, but I'll have to leave this with saying: Please look at the report about Light vs Dark UI above, though that's merely an annoyance. But please be aware that the Replace operation seems to sometimes fail for fonts. (I'm 1 for 3 on it working, so far, and when it fails the text is simply deleted.)

I've recreated both bugs and concur on the find and replace sometimes working and sometimes not.

I would like to add the following:
1. It has never worked for me before. The text is always deleted.
2. I don't know if this is intended: The described way always leads to the creation of a new format, although I only want to replace a font.
