The notification saying that affinity don't have my email name in database.It's strange because I bought designer and photo previously. Please help. Staff StevenS Posted September 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 3, 2018 Hi Kris, If you purchased through the Mac App Store then you would not have an Affinity Store account, this would need to be created separately. Just choose the "New to Affinity" option, when given the option between that and signing in, and you shouldn't have any further issues.
