AF Pub Crash inserting a table into the document

I created a new document, 3 master pages, and 2 body pages.  I set up auto-flow text frames on the body pages and was attempting to insert a table into the body text.  I clicked on the Table Text Tool and tried use that to insert the table.  Nothing seemed to happen.  I next opened the Table Format item in the Studio and double-clicked on the default table there to see if it would insert the table into the  position where my cursor was.  At that point the application crashed.  Crash log attached below

From my playing, I think you need to build the table outside the text frame, then move it over the frame, then use the text wrap options to make the text flow around the table as you want it to.

I'm not sure that's how it's all supposed to work, but that's how it seems to work right now.

Thanks, @walt.farrell, I found that I had to start the table in the page margin, then move it into the text frame.  The first time I tried the whole application crashed. Upon which, I tested the auto recovery functionality  The table was there and I was able to manipulate it.

I've been trying to replicate the crash without any success. Have you had the crash since at all?
