shutterstock rejects file problem

Hi everybody,

I have a problem export .EPS for Shutterstock. So, reject about Artboard: Vector is overlapping artboard bounds or is too small on the artboard, or there is more than one artboard in the file.

Shutterstock is right about:) 

 

for expamle file, A4 horizontal page. 

When I open the example file (A4 horizontal), I see A4 portrait page.

How can I do right?

Hi murattanhu, welcome to Affinity forums.

In Affinity Designer when you create a New File there is an option to the side of the page dimensions, you can also create an Artboard immediately by clicking on the Create artboard option just below Document Units.

Also look at the Layers Panel to make sure you only have one Artboard.

Press the  \  key to see if you have any objects outside the Artboard, pressing  \  toggles document clipping.

I did the same, but nothing

 

and I open in AI, A4 portrait page again.

for example, when I create a new page 20x20 cm in DA, export .eps and I open in AI, and again I see everything on the A4 page.

Where I do mistake, I can't find.

It might help if you attached your actual .afdesign file, rather than screenshots, so we can look at it directly.

OK. I attached .afdesign and .exported .eps files.

Thanks for the files. They both look  OK, to me. The EPS file is landscape, not portrait.

I hope someone else will be able to offer a solution for you.

Thanks Walt. I don't know, perhaps my there is a bug in my AI. I can't solve it.
