Zbigg
Hi, Ive faced recently some problems that occured quite often when a print house calls me with the remarks and I am off my home desktop&NAS, the amendments are to be made quickly and I cant EDIT Indd document (+200 MB) off my workplace. Is/would it be possible to work remotely on such /APub/ document? Or maybe Affinity cloud option? Assume all the images have been linked and I dont even have to correct/preview the graphics, rather that the text content alone. W/out the graphics our DTP documents are very lightweight - see IDML... walt.farrell
If you have remote access to your desktop it should be possible now. Otherwise, possibly Affinity Publisher for iPad someday, with remote access to your files in the cloud? Sanku21
You can work remotely by accessing your DTP computer using tools like logmein, R-HUB remote support servers, Teamviewer etc. These are easy to use and work well.
wonderings
This seems like a big feature for something that does not cost a whole lot. As others have mentioned you can remote in to a computer with various apps. I use one that lets me take control of computers from my iPad or iPhone. It is not perfect working off an iPhone but I can get through something if I need to. The app I use is called Splashtop Streamer.
