Publisher Crashes when deleting items off Master Pages

I have a 2012 Mac Mini,  16 GB Ram, 2.3 Ghz Core i7, running the lastest public beta of MacOS Mojave. I was getting strange behavior from text frames boxes attached to master pages. It would make an endless cycle of text the linked from the document back to the master pages. I pasted the text into the text frame on the working document then it would spawn in the master documents and loop. the only solution I could find was to delete text frames from the master pages entirely and then do them my hand for the rest of the document (a 25 page short story).

Are you able to provide a file that shows the layout you were suing so we can take a look at trying to replicate this?
