Raw edit not saved

Hi Guys, wen I edit a raw file with all like clarity, detail sharpen after clicking develop I see that my sharpening is gone. 
Someone has this seeing or have a solution

This is certainly odd behaviour  if possible could you send me the file in question so I can look into this further?

I've read in other forum posts that it's important to be viewing your image at 100% magnification in order to see effects accurately.
