Feature request.

I notice with the Table tool, Publisher can sort things in ascending or descending order, but doesn't give you the option to manually click and drag rows to reorder them. This is a handy feature in Adobe InDesign that I would love to see in Publisher as well. Currently, it appears the only way to manually change the order after the text is placed is to add extra rows, then copy and paste the text into the correct order.

I must add, I love the option to sort ascending or descending (which ID is missing!) - that will come in helpful often as well. But having that option to drag & drop would make this absolutely divine!

+1   Dragging rows and columns without tedious copy/paste is a huge time saver for big custom tables, which I build all the time.

+1. It would be great if ctrl+left/right moved the active cell's column, and ctrl+up/down moved the active cell's row.
Those shortcuts currently don't seem to be occupied in the table tool.

Any updates on these features? Really important time-save when dealing with lots of tables -- which is often the case when preparing company documents...
