Steps: Install application on to Computer. Assign application to install on secondary hard drive. once application is complete, press and run Affinity Publisher Public Beta application short cut. Result: Doesn't start up when running application. Additional Information: I installed the application affinity folder where Affinity Design is located. Restarting the computer did not resolve the issue. Restarting the computer did not resolve the issue. AfPub-beta is running fine (notwithstanding any bugs still in the beta) on my Window 10 machine. Your problem might have to do with installing the app on a drive other than your primary (i.e. C drive) and in a folder other than what the installer would create. What I do: Document design/typesetting; Stock photo images; Digital art | Apps I use: Publisher, Photo, Designer | My PC: AMD Ryzen 7 4700U; 16.0GB RAM; Win 10 Home (21H2) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After the proposition of the path of installation - C:\Program Files\Affinity\Publisher Public Beta 2 seconds after Preparation of Installation : failure of the installation What is this mystery ? I see that AAinity is an Installe 32 Bits so why C:\Program Files\Affinity\Publisher Public Beta is proposed ? That must be Program Files (x86) no ? but same result Failure of the Installation! Launch Publisher Installation but not Press the Button Install CTRL +Alt +Del and End of Task the "Windows Installer" then Press the Button Install Publisher! All works like a charm!
