Elizabeth Graham Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 can’t get it to install on my MacBook Pro even though I’ve checked the box to allow apps from identified developers. All it does is open a window telling me to drag the file into the applications window, but when I do this nothing happens. Restarting my computer, redownloading the file and double clicking on it don’t work. Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to resolve it?
