Cycles4Fun
I have accidentally turned something on in Affinity Designer for iPad using multitouch. I can’t move it or remove it. I am hoping someone knows what I did and more importantly how to get it back off my screen. This shows on any drawing, both examples and ones I’ve made. See attached image. It is a white circle with a small square in the center I have marked it on the image. Thanks
Staff Dan C Posted August 29, 2018 Staff Share Posted August 29, 2018 Hi Cycles4Fun The icon on your screen is the colour picker and should not be visible unless the screen is being pressed. Could you please try selecting the colour picker tool and dragging your finger across the screen? Hopefully the circle will update to where your finger is, then disappear when you let go. If this does not happen, try closing the app completely by swiping it closed from the multitasking screen (accessed by double clicking the home button) and relaunching, this will reload the app and the icon should disappear! Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! Cycles4Fun
Great. That worked. Your first idea didn’t work, but once I killed the app and restarted the color picker went away. Thanks! Dan C
