I don't even see Shutterstock listed as an option in the 1.7.0.125 beta (just now downloading the new .128 build so I don't yet know about that one). The Stock studio panel in the (current?) Mac 1.7 Affinity Publisher public beta lists all of the above (including Shutterstock) plus DepositPhotos as options.
