Batch Photo Processing Issue: not processing all images and no confirmation message

Recommended Posts

I've noticed this happening a few different times, but just confirmed on our end: when batch processing images into JPG format (haven't tested others yet), some images from the folder are skipped.  They appear to be random (I can't find a common denominator between them).  That's issue number one (and the primary problem).

Issue two is that there is no confirmation message letting you know the batch processing was completed successfully, failed or had errors.

Anyone have either of these issues? Any suggestions on how to fix them or is this a bug?

Thanks!

Hi @steckinsights,

Welcome to the forums.

Do you use "parallel processing" when doing the batch job?

Do you have a custom macro applied? What other settings have you got?

How many files do you process?

Are your files stored locally? On a removable drive? On a network drive? How about the export files?

I'm afraid we do not have a log file for the batch job. You can, however, monitor the process by bringing up the Batch Studio.

Thanks,

Gabe.
