First use of Affinity Photo (Focus Merge)

One typically uses focus merge to have as much of the final image as possible in focus. Your image does not show that. The left-hand-side  is still out of focus. Perhaps this is what you were aiming for. It woud help if you described your aim, and how you acheived what you did.

Hello John, yes realized that I needed more samples to make the subject sharp across the frame. But it is the first time Im trying out focus stacking/merging.

Keep it up. Once you get it right, focus merging is very satisfying.
