RenDaHai
Ok, The Pan Tool, When you press the 'H' button it switches to the pan tool. Then you have to press 'H' again to go back. Why? Why not have it so that it only pans while the 'H' button is held down, like every other piece of software? No one is panning around their documents for 5 minutes at a time, you briefly pan because you want to draw past the edge of the screen, why make it two clicks?? Maybe there is a simple way to do this and I'm just being stupid.... But if not, Why? Why would you ever want it this way?
Staff MEB Posted March 10, 2015 Staff Share Posted March 10, 2015 Hi RenDaHai, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You can press and hold the space key to temporarily change to the Pan tool. RenDaHai
Sure, I'll get right on that. Its on my list to do after reading the terms and conditions of the last iTunes update. :) Recent convert from illustrator and reassigning shortcuts to all my peripherals. Guess I just read that it was the 'H' key, assigned it and then was using it for about 10 hours getting very frustrated! I feel stupid now though..... of course its the space key.
