Inma Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 I purchased Affinity Designer in Jan-18, haven't use it for a while and today wanted to use it but it doesn't let me... I purchased it through the Mac App Store and when I went to the 'Purchased' tab... The Affinity Application opened but It doesn't let me use it... Does anyone know why... here is the screenshot of what I found when I opened the program, and I can't go further!!! When I go to create a new file it doesn't let me Could you help me out? Please!!!! A_B_C Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 It you cannot click away the Splash Screen (or About Screen) in the foreground, try to press the Escape (Esc) key to close the New Document dialogue in the background, then simply click the Splash Screen with your mouse to close it.
