I was able to do this in Photoshop, and Clip Studio Paint; and it's actually what I used for the color picker shortcut in Photoshop. It may be a nitpick, but I honestly wanted to keep my shortcuts the same across all of my drawing applications so I don't have to readjust every time I switch to a new one.
