I am looking for an easy way to blur some little parts in a photo.

My classic car photos have sometime people in the background.

To garble the faces I want to blur these.

Is there an easy way to do it?

For the future you can also use stacking to remove people from images by taking multiple shots.

Or, an even easier method would be to select a face or a region you want to blur, go to "Layer > New Live Filter > Blur ". You can then paint with black and white on that new mask to add or remove blurry areas.

Or even easier still, just select the Blur Brush Tool and blur those faces into oblivion.

Assuming you never want to see (recover) them again then the job's done.

Due to the fact that Boris Johnson is now our Prime Minister, punctuation, spelling and grammar will never be worried about ever again.  We now have far bigger problems to be worried about.
