Custom Size Presets in Export Persona

Recommended Posts

I am loving the power of the export persona in Designer and I want to know if there is a way to add/edit the export setting for a slice. The 1x, 2x and 3x are useful but I want to add a setting that exports the slice/document at 100dpi and 50% size for sending JPEG proofs to a client. Being able to add to this list would greatly speed up my workflow.

Are there any plans on adding this feature? Or is there any other way to export in custom sizes in the export persona?

You cannot add to the menu shown in the first post in this topic.

However, you can setup the export format you would like using that menu, then add an Export Preset using the hamburger menu:

For example, I specified a size of 100w, created a Preset named PNG-100w, and then later I selected that Preset from the Export Preset list to reuse it:

This feature is greyed in this dropdown menu.

That probably means that you don't have the correct item selected. We'd need more of a screenshot, but here's what I use. Note the outer rectangle that I've marked. Make sure it is selected, not the inner area with the darker blue color:
