I'd like to request a feature/key press for the pencil tool behaviour that would allow you to close the curve you're drawing? In illustrator holding down the option key does this.

Currently I'm drawing the curve, then I select the last node and snap it to the first node to close it. This is a step I'd rather not have to do over the course of possibly hundreds of curves. I could use the pen tool but sometimes the pencil feels more organic and is quicker when precision is not what you're after... would love to see this added to the 1.7 lineup, thanks for considering this. :-)

I agree. There is a little bit of a funny way closing works with the Node Tool, because the shape deforms ever so slightly.

The website is still a work in progress. The "Comics" and "Shop" sections are not yet ready. Feel free to connect with me and let me know what you like or what can be improved. You can contact me here, on my contact page, YouTube channel, or Twitter account. Thanks and have a great day!

Yes it shifts a little bit once the 2 nodes are snapped together...
