Emerald15
I save most work in Affinity Photo files and export to JPG format, however recently the computer directory is only recognising JPGs as Affinity Photo files. Other file formats are Ok. Is this an Affinity problem or windows?
Staff Sean P Posted August 1, 2018 Staff Share Posted August 1, 2018 This is most definitely not an Affinity Problem but something changed within Windows. It sounds like you may have accidentally associated the JPG file format with Affinity by telling it to always open with Affinity Photo. Try right clicking a JPG and selecting 'Open With > Choose Default Program...' and then select the application you would rather they open with ensuring the 'Use this application for all jpg files' is ticked.
