That video shows many functions of the Flood Tool in DrawPlus.

The tool most like it in Designer is the Fill Tool: image.png.2baba0388be3f9b0d402ad4f581c63f3.png  Is there some specific function of the Flood Tool in DrawPlus that you're looking for that the Fill Tool doesn't provide?

I believe that DrawPlus' Flood Tool's main approach was for coloring in artwork that was done in open paths. If someone draws more freely with strokes intersecting, it drops color filling up the enclosed regions without having to join or close any curves.

The Flood Tool was neat in all, but you do get that gap space when editing the strokes. I would personally like an equivalent to Illustrator's Live Paint Bucket Tool; whereas the fill updates depending on how the strokes are edited.

The website is still a work in progress. The "Comics" and "Shop" sections are not yet ready. Feel free to connect with me and let me know what you like or what can be improved. You can contact me here, on my contact page, YouTube channel, or Twitter account. Thanks and have a great day!

As I can see in the video, the Flood Tool creates a new vector object which is the missing part in the Fill Tool.

Sometimes getting a huge complex PDF from a client, I just need to use (like the Flood Tool) to create a new vector layer to make needed changes on it and leave the original pdf untouched, since the tool seems to read all layers and not only the selected one.
