That would be an error code from Microsoft. I suggest you get in touch with them.

.NET has already been installed and target computer needs to be rebooted.
The user running setup does not have administrative privileges
A previous beta version is installed
A later version of the .NET Framework 3.0 is already installed

The OS that setup is being run on does not have the minimum service pack installed

Have you managed to reinstall yet? 

I noticed that you have just purchased the software again, rather than redownload the Affinity Designer you had already got in your account. If this new purchase was an accident, then please email affinityreturns@serif.com and request a refund for your latest purchase AQKLJ58JBQ.

Oh my goodness I sent a message to get credit for the 2nd purchase not realizing I had it already in a folder, I am so stressed not able to get this installed keeps giving me same error message about perimeters not being correct now my computer is  HP all in one desk top touch screen windows 8.1

I will try again to reinstall, if I keep getting same error message I will have to ask for refund .maybe when I get my lap top with Windows 10 it might work. I am not a computer wizard

thanks for the help I will give it another try and see what Microsoft says
