Hi Mdot,

When you say not working what is it that isn't working will the files not export or not upload to social media?

Thanks

When I export the files using the social media recommended file dimensions I found online, the picture looks distorted and when I upload it to the particular social media platform it doesn't fit that platform correctly.

I've attached some pics of what is happening. One pic is the dimensions I set. Another is the actual dimensions I got form the web and the other file is the actual way the pic came out

After entering 820 in the first box, try clicking in the second box (where it says 312). If the aspect ratio is locked (the padlock in the middle) you won’t see both dimension until you do.

Then try with the padlock off.
