Add template layer feature

Recommended Posts

Hey, I moved from Ai to Affinity Designer some months ago for graphic design and illustration, and I think it would be great for illustration workflow if it had and feature like "Template layer" from Ai.

I mean set a layer (and sketch for example) as template that be still visible on outline mode so you can edit shapes easily without the need of remove fill, reduce stroke value or move layers to see the sketch, i know there are ways to simulate it like adding a layer on top and low opacity but it‘t not as efficient as the another feature

Example  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN11dIqtaRQ

thanks
