AffDes & AffPhoto-All:Visible selection handles when selecting object thru layer panel

Actual Situation: Any other tool but the Move tool is active.

Now, when selecting an object by way of the layer panel, the selection handles don't come up.
One first has to switch to the move tool before the handles become visible.

My suggestion : Make the handles become visible upon selection regardless of which tool is active.
