What did was use a bit of clipart that comes with Xara photo and graphic designer and add a bit pof colour and added the glow. Then I superimposed the clipart into the picture and added the smoke effects in Painthsop Pro using Particlebrush. That's what I like about grpapic design and phot editing software. I can do art with it and the oly limits are the imagination and what the softare can do... Hey, did you see the film version of the Twilight zone and the bit where that girl's in that big house staring at the screen but has no mouth...
