Synchronization between the Mac and iPad

Recommended Posts

hi,

recently I have bought the affinity design for iPad .

and find that there is some differences between the ad for Mac and the ad for iPad.

the brushes is different , the ad for iPad  have more brushes .

and when I have collected some palettes and assets for my ad in Mac ,

but when I open the ad for iPad , I found the palettes and assets , even the fonts , are all default settings .

that's a little inconvenient .

now I have to package the palettes and assets and fonts ,

and find some ways to make the two terminals synchronize each other .(´・_・`)

There might be a way to share palettes and assets automatically via a nominated cloud storage location, but font installation on iOS devices involves configuration profiles, so it’s very different from the Mac and Windows systems for handling fonts.

Hi @silence ,

There is no way to sync the 2 apps together automatically. The best way to transfer colour palettes is to save them as document palette. As for the fonts and brushes, you would have to manually install them on each device. Have a look at this for installing fonts on your iPad:

Thanks,

Gabe.
